Because of the time involved in administering and completing an evaluation, only a couple of exams are scheduled each day.  Our time is designated specifically for those patients scheduled. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from easily filling those exam slots for patients who wanted to come in sooner, as well as to our doctors/staff. As such, we ask that you arrive to your scheduled appointment on time and to phone our office if you anticipate being late.  If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact our office as early as possible and at least 48 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment so that we reach out to other patients to fill the time slot.  If you do not show for your appointment and fail to cancel in advance, it may be difficult to reschedule your appointment. If this happens more than once, your appointment may not be rescheduled.  Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.
