We will obtain the authorization for testing unless the insurance company requires that the paperwork come from the referring physician. Once we receive authorization, we will phone the patient and schedule the exam. When testing is completed, a copy of the neuropsychological test report will be faxed to you upon completion. If your patient was not able to attend the appointment, we will notify your office and inform you of his/her status. If you have a patient that you would like us to see as soon as possible, please call us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
